Execution of building modifications – fit-out
The cost of interior spatial modifications – fit-out – is calculated following the development of the principal study – the space plan. The financial worth of the interior furnishings along with modification works (air conditioning, heavy-current wiring, flooring, plasterboard partitions, etc.) is determined. This is followed by a recommendation, or proposal, of companies to execute the fit-out, followed by engineering.
