Our company has available a database of projects on the Czech market which is constantly updated. Based on your requirements, we can come up with several projects to meet your requirements and keep working with them and structure their possibilities effectively in order to achieve the best possible goals that you have defined.
After a specification of the client’s requirements on location, layout and properties of the spaces as well as a rough price level, we proceed to shortlisting appropriate spaces, obtain and process (compare) information on these spaces.
Negotiations are held with the client and the lease givers for the relevant (proposed), client-approved spaces. The result is the conclusion of a lease contract between the client and the lease giver under conditions negotiated for the client with the lease giver by Remetions Partner s.r.o.
