Renegotiating existing rental relationship
The so-called renegotiation is a service offered to the client where the client is currently in a rental relationship with a lease giver.
- the rental relationship ends upon the expiry of a certain period for which it was agreed, while a certain natural room for reconsidering selected conditions of the rental relationship with the lease giver (such as the rental price) occurs before the “extension” of the lease contract;
- the client has a different reason to feel the need for negotiating other conditions of their rental relationship with the lease giver in order to modify the conditions to conform to the client’s (tenant’s) idea.
